• Cancellation of services as per our Cancellation Policy
• Duplicate payments made in error
• Services not rendered due to reasons attributable to Shreenathji Films
• Significant deviation from the agreed-upon service deliverables

Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

• Submit a written refund request via email to shreenathjiofficial@gmail.com
• Include your booking confirmation number and payment details
• Clearly state the reason for your refund request
• Provide any supporting documentation if applicable

Refund Timeline

Once your refund request is approved:

• Bank Transfer: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
• UPI/Online Payment: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
• Credit/Debit Card: Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank

Please note that the actual credit to your account may take additional time depending on your bank's processing time.

Partial Refunds

In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted:

• If only a portion of the booked services were utilized
• If there were minor issues that did not significantly affect the overall service delivery
• As per the terms outlined in our Cancellation Policy

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

• Completed and delivered photography/videography work
• Post-production work (editing, color grading) that has been completed
• Custom printed albums, photo books, or other physical products that have been ordered or produced
• Travel and accommodation expenses already incurred
• Advance booking fees for dates that have passed

If you are dissatisfied with our refund decision, you may:
