At Shreenathji Films, we understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or modify your booking. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations of our photography and videography services.

Cancellation by Client

If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. The following cancellation terms apply:

• More than 30 days before the event: Full refund of the advance payment, minus a 10% administrative fee.
• 15-30 days before the event: 50% of the advance payment will be refunded.
• Less than 15 days before the event: No refund will be provided as dates would have already been blocked.

Cancellation by Shreenathji Films

In rare circumstances where we are unable to provide services due to unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters, medical emergencies, or equipment failure), we will:

• Provide a full refund of all payments made
• Make every effort to arrange alternative coverage with a trusted partner
• Notify you as soon as possible about the cancellation

Rescheduling

We understand that event dates may need to be rescheduled. If you need to change your event date:

• Rescheduling requests made more than 30 days before the original event date will be accommodated at no extra charge, subject to our availability.
• Rescheduling requests made within 30 days of the original event date may incur an additional fee of up to 25% of the total package cost.
• We can only accommodate date changes once per booking.

Non-Refundable Services

Certain services are non-refundable once initiated:

• Post-production work that has already begun (editing, color grading, etc.)
• Custom albums or prints that have been ordered from vendors
• Travel and accommodation expenses already incurred

How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, please contact us via email or phone with your booking details. All cancellation requests must be made in writing (email is acceptable).
